Member information: Name, mailing address, phone number (including mobile), email address, date of birth, and information necessary to administer healthcare cost-sharing medical bills, including medical billing and payment records.
Provider and contact information: Name, organization, phone number, and billing information for healthcare providers and other parties involved in medical bill processing.
Communications: Records of communications between our staff and members or providers, including SMS/text messages, emails, faxes, and phone calls.

Processing and managing medical bill submissions; communicating with members about their account, medical bill status, payments, and program updates; communicating with healthcare providers regarding member medical bills and billing; maintaining accurate records for financial and compliance purposes; and fulfilling legal or regulatory obligations.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
We may use SMS text messaging to communicate with members and healthcare providers regarding matters related to their medical bills or membership. SMS communications are used for purposes such as medical bill status updates, document requests, payment notifications, and service-related follow-ups.
By providing your mobile phone number to Anabaptist Brotherhood, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your membership or medical bills. Message frequency will vary based on account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also contact our office directly to request removal from SMS communications.
Your SMS opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties.
4. How We Share Information

With healthcare providers and billing parties as necessary to process medical bills; with third-party service providers who assist in operating our programs (such as software vendors or payment processors), who are bound to protect your information; or as required by law or legal process.
