These Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern SMS/MMS text message communications sent by Anabaptist Brotherhood in connection with the Medical Aid & Alms Plan (MAAP) and related programs. By providing your mobile phone number to Anabaptist Brotherhood, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

Anabaptist Brotherhood may send SMS and MMS messages to members and healthcare providers for purposes related to medical bill processing, membership administration, payment notifications, document requests, and general member service communications.

2. Who Can Receive Messages

SMS communications are sent only to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number directly to Anabaptist Brotherhood staff in connection with their MAAP membership or an active medical bill, or to healthcare providers who have provided contact information in the course of medical bill processing.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity and the status of your medical bills or membership. You may receive messages on an as-needed basis as your situation requires. There is no fixed recurring message schedule.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Anabaptist Brotherhood does not charge any fee for SMS communications. Contact your mobile carrier for information about your messaging rates.

5. How to Get Help

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll by contacting our office.

7. No Sharing of Opt-In Data

Your SMS opt-in information and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available through all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carrier support may vary. Anabaptist Brotherhood is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery due to carrier issues or network conditions beyond our control.

9. Privacy

Use of our SMS communications is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued provision of your mobile number following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
